In the late 1950's, Jack Parr (who hosted the "Tonight Show" before Johnny Carson) had a

 major disagreemen with NBC. The show was live back then. His monologue strange followed by a shock. He explained his disagreement to the studio and T.V. audience and left. A young

Hugh Downs (Parr's Ed McMahon) was was in shock and had to assume the role of host.

As for Parr, he went on a safari in Africa! He returned to New York and resolved his differences

with the execs. Returned to the show and his first words to the audence were: "Now, where

was I." In the early 1970's, Frank Sinatra retired. He couldn't deal with it. He made a comeback

a short year later amongst much publicity. It was announced that 'ol' blue eyes was back!

      Google indicated that I receive 15 to 45 hits, it varies from site to site, week to week. A

marketing exec says that the statistics might be reliable. I don't just have 9 readers but

many more who are transient. They read articles but don't become followers because in

the website game, you must have fresh material daily.

     I reconsidered. Google and Bert are right!

     And, I shall have fresh material on a daily-basis and much more. I'm a day dreamer.
